Answer
This outfit bought eBud, so I stuck with them. Big mistake. I dumped it as soon as John Corea started AuctionSage.
They immediately messed up a good thing - made it bloated, complicated and non-intuitive. Many features were duplicated, which I found extremely confusing. They were very slow to fix problems...either their own mistakes, or those caused by eBay changes.
To top it all off, they had absolutely the worst customer service it has ever been my misfortune to encounter.
