Is it possible to only search for one seller's auction items and leave out store items? If not, how does one find only current auction items and bypass the hundreds of store items for a seller?

Yes, you can do that. Here is a link, you'll need to edit the user name, but it will show you how the search string is formatted.

You can also accomplish this by going to "View Seller's Other Items" and clicking on the "Auctions" tab.
