Question
I am in Andale Pro Lister "needs shipment". When I click on the "carrier name" or "Shipment status" colume nothing happens. Do I have something on lock somewhere?? Also, I cannot copy anything to the "Tracking number" spot. I enter this stuff at least 2x's a day and have never had a problem. Any help would be nice.

I use Andale, but I don't use Andale Pro Lister (it drives me NUTS). Sorry, can't help.
Have you tried calling Andale? Or using LiveHelp from the link in the upper right corner?
