Some of that is because I "spammed" my last years customers last month & gave them free shippping so my steady customers stocked up.

There were a couple of good weeks, but generally weak all over.
One good indicatior is ability to buy for resale. So far, I won more than 95 auctions. That is quite high for me. Things are slow and biddig is down.

My sales were very good during the penny gallery promotion week (two weeks ago?). I notice more sellers taking advantage of the promotion each time eBay has it.
Perhaps seeing all the gallery images encourages potential bidders to do more browsing?

I have bids on 50% of my items that end tonight (acceptable but not great). But there are bids on only 20% of the ones that end tomorrow--waah!
Irene, I noticed the same thing too. GREAT sales during the Penny Gallery week. I typically use gallery on most of my items, so don't know why they did such gangbusters during the promotion, or why things are so lackluster now.
On that subject--why is it that when Ebay has a penny gallery day it doesn't seem like I saved all that much money, but when I'm paying for gallery it seems so expensive lol?

Sales have been way off for me most of this selling season. I am now seriously culling dead wood and moving it out of my house, lucky for me my eBay store has been coming through when my auction sales have been almost stagnant. At this rate though, if things continue as they have been going I don't see me devoting much more time in this endeavor anymore.
I am not making enough anymore to justify having my house look like an eBay pig sty, nor can justify all the time I spend devoted to eBay.
