My First Bad PayPal and I'm dumbfounded!

Well after several years of successful transactions thru paypal, they finally got me ..... and now I KNOW how frustrated folks really get when dealing with them!
I am pulling out hair..... only 5 are left! Had a transaction reversed out of my account...... after I shipped out the goods. Originally the buy was verified and confirmed. Now they are unverified...confirmed. My dollar amount was small....thank heaven.... but here's the rub----- Paypal won't answer my emails! I have written 4 times! Ebay won't address the transaction "you need to talk to paypal"...... is what I get. Yeah like they are a different company?????
I talked to other sellers who had the same buyer - no problems!!!!!!
I can't believe this: I did the regular thing and now I've been literally robbed. Do you ever get your money back? So let me get this right: a seller actually has no protection?
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Whether the Buyer is Verified or not isn't relevant.
Did you follow the SPP requirements to the letter, and provide Paypal the tracking # for the item?

last time that happened to me the email they sent said I could only respond via link in email
the link didnt work
I was able to get it resolved with paypal Daman's help
I dont think anbody took his place

yeah.... I replied to their inquiry with all the details and USPS tracking number... in fact sent the tracking number and url to the page on USPS with the details.
gotta go back and look at spp guides again---- it bothers me that the buyer's status changed AFTER the transaction.
ticks me off they won't answer me! No reply to any inquiries. Even when they sent an email and requested info and I replied....they won't respond again.

Just this afternoon I got an email saying the pending reversal was cancelled. Gee.... ya think they read the here boards???
OK money was put back where it belongs. That's good. But this whol scenario was (is) scarey because no one would answer my questions or inform me. Great customer policy, eh?
