Calculating our ebay stats to see how my listing changes have effected fees and fee increases.
My changes for 04 are (as discussed in a previous thread),to be more selective in our listings with the intent to achieve a higher sell through ratio. This is realizing I will be listing less on ebay. Hopefully with a side effect of more time to work on our websites. (ok ok so far I have been snowmobiling http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif)
Our sell through ratio has increased by 15%. Our ebay fees have DROPPED by 1.7%, even with the ebay price increase. I beat our "goal" by .7%. This is the same goal set previous to the price increase.
Surprisingly our total sales dollars beat last years february totals (with 5 days left to go) by 10%, and our total auctions sold beat feb 03 by 10%.
How have your changes effected your sales????

I don't know for sure yet because I haven't run any February figures yet. I do know that my fees will be decreased from last month because of the eBay stores price change plus the FLD event (which just happened to coincide with several groups of GTC listings rolling over http://community.here.com/infopop/em...icon_smile.gif) PLUS moving several items into the store.
Sales across all my venues are up from January, will be curious to see the February numbers next week.

100% sell through today, five times in the last ten days at 100%
and all the rest over 90%....
new plan is working....for now!!
those 99 cent starts are working
I saved me 10 or so buckaroos from ebays pocket, but also bought a few galleries I normally wouldn't have, just as an experiment.
very pleased, ask me again next week though.....not sure how long this will work, just enjoying it while it is going well. http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif
