Hi, a friend emailed this URL to me, and at the bottom there is a link to 'Report' the problem. The real problem seems to be that when you click on the 'report' link, eBay gives a 'cookies' error? My friend is trying to report a couple bidders with dead email addies.

The browser you're using is rejecting cookies.

Me too, and I am set to accept those ebay cookies. Looks like that link actually is set to go to that "browser error" page.

I get the "Invalid and Dead Email Addresses" page without any errors. I don't allow eBay to set a cookie without permission and there isn't one in my cache so I don't think a rejection of the cookie is the problem. I also have JavaScript turned off. Maybe your friend should try emptying the cache and deleting the eBay cookie, then try again without logging into eBay.
