Answer
This is a wecome change:
Currently, an item listed on eBay.com or eBay Motors that is won, but not paid for by the buyer, is not eligible for an insertion fee credit when the seller re-lists the item and it sells. As of February 2, 2004, qualifying NPB items will be eligible for the standard re-list credit.
This could effect my bottom line a little:
$500 and up $4.80

Interesting that the store fees have gone down.

Makes me thankful that most of my sales come from the my ebay store or website.
I am waiting for the store fees to go up.
I am surprised they haven't.

And I was getting ready to use the Listing Designer in TL for this coming year too. Guess I'll take a powder on that one then. http://community.here.com/infopop/em...icon_frown.gif
Also, did anyone note one of the more significant changes, namely that items listed at a penny to 99 cents are 30 cents while to even start at $1.00 now will be 35 cents?
More fuel for the fire to encourage the proliferation of the 99 cent sellers and increase the S&H charges, hmmmm?

Sigh.
