Question
I have to send an invoice to the buyer whenever an auction is complete. The screen shows only the zip code of the buyer. After I send the shipping cost by using "send invoice", I can see the complete name, address and phone.
Why can't eBay let me see that before I send the invoice? It shouldn't be a secret! What am I missing?
