Many of you have seen me talk about this ,
What I have been doing over the past 6 mouths is using Sellers Manager Pro . I email the customer their total form ebay . Within that total is a letter encouraging them to also purchase from our web site and combine the orders.
We have now , in my option perfected it .
Customers now get their total from ebay from us , Then they are given special link . Using paypal they can NOW purchase BOTH their Ebay auction. As well add items from our retail web site

From the buyer's POV, I can tell you that this works. A little while ago I won an auction (at the opening bid, yay!) and received a similar EOA from the seller, providing payment info and appropriate links to his website. Anything I wanted from the website could be easily combined with my auction win.
I really didn't expect to find anything else I wanted, as the seller specializes in items I wasn't in the market for at the time. (The item I'd won was sort of an anomaly for him, apparently.)
But I looked anyway, out of curiosity, and found a duplicate of the item I'd won listed for sale at the site. In keeping with eBay's rules, the price was higher at the website than the opening bid in the listing, but only by a penny.
It didn't take much thought to decide to add the duplicate to my auction win -- it's an item I use daily, and the cost was about half what I'd spend in a store.
The seller provided excellent customer service, and it was my pleasure to leave positive feedback.
I also bookmarked the website as a place to return to shop. I already know that the seller's items are as described, the price is right, and the customer service is good.

The penny rule was/is for if you link your auctions to your website. I'm not sure if its still in affect now that you can only link from your "about me" page.

Ok , but I need to know if thier is a rule that states that the item has to be more expensive on your web site . I can not find this rule on Ebay ? Not being perfect , I do not think this rule exsists, but I want to be sure . Because I may to change things around on my site
