In a few weeks, we will be introducing several enhancements to our various Checkout emails, which include our Send Invoice, Request Total, and Checkout Complete emails. The upcoming feature enhancements will include the following:
New HTML support for emails, giving Checkout emails a fresh new look! (Note: eBay will continue to support text emails as well).
Ability for buyers to reply back to the seller directly when using the Reply To: button.
Improved content and clearer guidance on what to do next within the emails.
Ability to provide custom messages within the emails.
