To look at this auction. Just because you can use all the bells and whistles doesn't mean you should. Does it take too long to load? Is the ad too long?

and it took 75 seconds to load. i wouldn't wait for that, just personally, if i was doing a search; i'd backtrack for something i could see.
but that's just me.

It loaded *everything* below description before it showed *anything* below description. I find so much of Ebay loads slowly now, that I will wait if I am interested, but it left me sitting there for a long time before I could read anything about what was being sold.

Loaded for me in about 10 seconds, but I refuse active x controls, so that is probably why.

I'm on dialup. 20 seconds to be able to start reading. All loaded in 35 seconds. Not bad.

For me it's doing the old iPix hang - like Kevin said,
it hangs at the info portion above "description" til
the iPix pic loads.

We do have active x deactivated but something in
eBays new layout - i blame iPix - is hanging the
page.

I am using IE 2000 (I think).... actually the Ipix picture at left came straight up, I just got nothing else (exactly the same position as Gilda) for ages. I don't think it is Ipix for me.
