Hi,
with the free listing going on right now you might need a money conversion tool. http://xe.com/ will tell you the exchange rate for the items you list. Remember, you can't list in U.S. funds.

I've listed/relisted several auctions with paypal as my only online payment system. I've seen no indication of a free BIN fee, I'm being charged.

What a lame promo. It didn't get me to list anything extra, just what I intended to list, and I put BINs on what I intended to BIN anyway.
