Error: eBay has blocked access to feedback. Toolhaus is unable to obtain information which is available only to registered eBay users. We're not happy about this.
- But try again in an hour, sometimes eBay unblocks us!
That's the error message I'm now getting when trying to use the tool. Now everyone has to scroll through pages and pages of feedback to view negs.
Ebay has also made it so it randomly demands you sign in with security code to view even your own fb profile. And every few pages it haves you sign in again.
How many buyers are going to want to put up with that? I know I sure don't.

It also happens when you try to access feedback from the Andale/Vendio counter page. Used to when you clicked on the bidder/buyer name it would go to their feedback. Now you just get an eBay error page. Bummer! I thought maybe Andale/Vendio just had a temporary problem, now I see it is eBay blocking them.

I absolutely LOVE this tool.
I use it all the time!!
It has saved me from buying from
certain sellers that are not very good at
handling customer complaints or getting
customers their items.
Who wants to purchase from them? No me.
Why in the world would ebay have
a problem with Toolhaus?
They should buy it like they did PayPal.
A very valuable tool in my opinion.
Maybe they are plaining their own feedback search
tool where one can look at negs all at once.
Going through all of those pages can be a tiredsome.

I guess because anyone can access the toolhaus tool whether they're registered or not, not because toolhaus isn't a registered user.
