This is one thing that irritates me about ebay. I get the FVF's for the buyer not following though. He negs me 5 times stating I didn't follow ebay policy. Now, what irritates me more is that the live ebay chat knucklehead tells me to Safeharbor it...Fee based no less.
Of course it's retalitory feedback, but doesn't follow the guidelines for removal. And chat boy ask's if I'm happy with the results. Is he for real?

1.)Warning! Ignores eBay policy: Non-selling seller
2,)Thinks because they have 2000+ feedback they can ignore eBay policy.
3.)Would not combine shipping for auctions as stated; non-selling seller
4.)Warning! Ignores eBay policy: would not sell item I won.
5.)Warning! Ignores eBay policy: Will not sell items after being won.
Ok one item was out of stock (free listing day). Otherwise. Clearly states in the auctions. We combine shipping to dstination. Do you really think I was going to ship all 5 items for $4.95? It doesn't state that so why would he think it?
Oh, did I say, he DID NOT pay for any items. 20 days later!! I have already receieved the FVF's...

"Retaliatory feedback because never paid. Reported to eBay."

Thanks superman, I've done that already. Just frustrating that ebay allows someone to even leave feedback without concluding the transaction! That's what I'm amazed at. I'm still waiting for ebays response to the removal.

Another example of ebays lousey feedback system. I believe it only exist to hurt sellers. However I have always admired sellers that have a few retalitory negatives - shows they got nerve to stand up againist the rampent
rip off artists that stalk ebay.

Dobbs, I never let a few negs hurt me. I have over 2400 feedbacks with about 20 negs since 1998. So, for what it's worth. You bet you take some bumps along the road...no big deal and I haven't heard from ebay yet, way past their 24 hours..
