Hi
Sister signed up for her own personal paypal account.
I sent her $10. so she would have starting funds.
She went to print a label using the non auction link.
She got a message that she had to add a credit card and or checking account to use the feature.
Now why in the heck would she need to do that? She had the cash in her account.
BTW she doesn't have either cc or ca.
Is there a way around that?

You might call and ask them.I know they want you to be verified.
I had to call today and they were so helpful.
