I've been going in circles trying to find a way out of this...
I have relisted an auction. (and scheduled it's launch, so you can't view it, sorry...)
But I want to add the Club99 text to it and although I've copied the code, I can't paste anything into the text area of the description.
I can type just fine, but I want to be able to PASTE that big paragraph of code, etc...
What's up? Why can't I do it?
And HOW to I get rid of this 'short' form and go back to the 4 or 5 pager that never has this problem????
Hoping someone has the solution. Or at least an explanation I can understand...

Have you tried using the Cntl+V to paste it? In the refund area in TL you have to do that, you can't right click and paste using the mouse. Been that way a long time and bugs me to death but they won't fix it. Everything else you can use the mouse right click to copy and paste.

Yes, I've tried and tried and tried. Control+V SHOULD work. But it doesn't.

I've avoided the new SYI version, but the old one is going away sometime this month--maybe it already has gone away? (I didn't list this weekend and won't until next weekend, so don't know.)

Ah hah!
It was a problem on the other end...
The EditPad Lite that I am using (instead of NotePad) requires me to copy html text by selecting Copy Append rather than regular plain Copy

Glad you worked it out. As a side note, in case it helps anyone else, I have occasionally been unable to paste onto reply form here at here. I don't know what the glitch is (I suspect it is in my computer) but I find if I close the browser and reopen, I can then paste into the form.

I'm still trying to figure out WHY the old form is available for use sometimes and sometimes not (say, when you're editing or relisting). Really irritating...
