Question
I've been sending payments on my eBay bill every couple of days, as I get $$ in my PayPal account. I don't want to run my balance up and get "sticker shock" when I get my monthly invoice.
I tried to send 'em $16 yesterday, but I got a message telling me "Excessive Payments: Additional payments are not allowed at this time, please try again later."
Ooooookie dokie then!
Every time I think I've seen it all, eBay pulls a new surprise out of their hat.
I thought it was so funny that they didn't want my money, that I did a screen capture.
I waited a few hours, then tried to send the money again. It went through the second time.
