Bid, not pay, get NARU'd, re-appear under a similar name and repete.
The bidder usually used a actress's name w/ "fan1" after it.
Ring a bell?

Odds are, if they have any actor or actress name followed by fan1 or numberonefan with a Utah shipping address....that would be my "buddy".
I don't think they were stalking me....just got caught 3 times over 3 years under 3 different IDs.

What a PITA. You can get them suspended if you put them on your blocked bidder list and they still bid using a different ID.

usually ebay will just say there's not enough evidence to take action.
