Question
It's not looking good - not looking good at all!
1 million listings BUT:
Broken links on the auction's main page include:
Site Map
How To Sell
Community
All Links to their Announcement Board and Systems Status Board
Also, I attempted to download their Seller's Manager and those links(from My Auctions page) are dead as well.
It appears the plug has been pulled.
Disappointing!

Answer
Their seller manager doesn't work. All the bulk lister things I've tried with yahoo auctions don't work. You have to list each item one at a time.
At least the site is free now.
Answer
I used to sell on yahoo! years ago.
It was never busy.
I was gonna try again about a year ago, but they changed & only allow you to have 1 ID. Many sellers need more than 1 ID, because we may sell different items or sell the items differently.
I don't use yahoo anymore.
Answer
Ahhh! Some of the broken links are already working again! And maybe the others will soon!
I guess you can get something done once you crosspost your complaint to a half dozen of the major message boards that support this industry!

Answer
it's a dead horse and has been for many years.
Answer
The site does work, I've used it for weeks. They do maintainence on it I've notice this week quite a bit. Sellers Manager = the same, works, and refresh or maintainence feature helps. Turn off pop up blockers as well.
It's slow ... but so is feebay.
Answer
I have about 50 listings there now. Giving it a test drive.
Answer
For the record, George, are you still working under Yahoo? Not sure if you're paid or not, but it might be important to get out there first, hold all members to the same standard, although I doubt Yahoo would have you spamming.
Answer
Roundabout, I have absolutely NO CLUE what you are inferring! I've NEVER worked FOR Yahoo!
I've always been an advocate for independent online sellers(since 1999) but have worked with Yahoo! Auctions in the past in online sellers' interest. And I've certainly never received a dime for it!
As for spamming FOR Yahoo!, I wouldn't call my initial post in this thread exactly a positive one, in fact just the opposite.
Yahoo! has let their auction site go on "autopilot" again, and I'm just calling them for it!

Answer
I too have tried yahoo auction at different times and not had any decent results.
As stated above, little seems to work correctly and I know of only a hand full of sellers who've any success over there.
Free might be a good thing but if the site doesn't work properly--What's the use in listing items?
