If ebay gets any stupider they'll implode

Question
I'm searching for some dvd-r's or +r's. I found an auction that had that calculate shipping link to the right of the price. I clicked it-entered my zip and clicked calculate.
Imagine my surprise when that box closed and the ebay page reloaded-at the top of the page. Now how the heck am I supposed to remember which one I was looking at? Geez-from now on if I don't want to open the auction I'll just forget it.
ETA-I think ebay just got stupider. I finally found the auction-guess what the shipping says to the right of the price? "See description" What idiots, I have to open the auction anyway so why the hell have a link to calculate shipping-why don't they just say see description in the first place?

Answer
Maybe the description says "Shipping can be calculated using the box on the search page".....
Speaking of search pages, I am surprised that no one has commented here on the new lay out, unless I am getting something different coming through in this part of the world. My only comment is that I don't adjust well to change on Ebay - so I will assume that I am at fault for not liking the lay out.

Answer
That sounds about right-having it's users running around in circles, like a dog chasing it's tail(or trying to sniff itself )
I don't notice anything different with the search page unless I'm blind-what are you seeing?

Answer
I don't notice anything different with the search page unless I'm blind-what are you seeing? I am getting it on the US site (so either I am getting it early, or you guys have been getting this new look for ages) :
Down the left next to the gallery pictures, under under the title is:
Feedback: 272 |
100.0%
Watch this item (as a link - the feedback is not a link, so you can apparently watch the item without even opening the auction to see what you are really watching)
==========
PayPal icon in it's own column down the centre.
====
And at right is:
0 Bids $7.00
Shipping: Not specified
Time left: 1 ¾ d
Gotta love the three/quarter days, it is so much more precise than the ambiguous
3d 23h 58m - which still shows up on the Australian site at this stage.
There is no bottom scroll, and it feels all pushed over to the right.
My link on how to do a screen capture no longer works, and I haven't done one for about 3 years (and probably only ever did the one). If you want to link to instructions I can do a screen capture if you are not seeing the same thing.
I hope that all makes sense. Sorry if it is old news, it was new to me.
Cheers, Kevin
ETA: This link is laid out in this way for me:

Answer
Kevin,
I followed your link, but don't see anything about feedback.
Maybe someone will show up with instructions for the screen capture.

Answer
I'm not seeing what you're seeing, either.
The only way I know how to do a screen capture is with paint shop pro.
Edit to add instructions link:

Answer
I'm not getting anything under the gallery pic. I know you can customize, but I don't have anything about feedback.
Here's what I'm getting-which looks exactly the same to me as the link you posted.

Answer
To screen capture-get on the page you want to see, click the button that says Print Screen-it's above the delete/home/pageup etc. keys.
Then you have to paste it into your photo editing or other program and don't forget to make sure it's the size you can upload here.

Answer
My security settings won't let me download this from the site back onto my computer, so I don't know if this has worked as a screen capture:

My site, and processed on Word on my computer using ZiggyBeth's link, so there are definitely no trojans or anything suspect, it just may not work as an image - I thought I was able to save it as a j-peg last time. Anyway if this has worked, it shows what I am getting on search (as of when I last posted).
Kind Regards, Kevin
Edited to add: I note that the "watch this item" has been rermoved since I first posted.

Answer
Bingo!
Got it as a full-sized J-peg:

It is not as cluttered now as it was, but the 1 1/4 days is still there at the right.
Cheers, Kevin
Added: This page has the watch this item:

I am amazed that I am the only one getting these pages.
