Heh heh funny...
Answer
The images probably belong to truebroadzilla, if that sheds any light. The whole thing looks like the work of our chameleon-like friend.
Answer
I share the same mixed sentiments about the auction. I feel for the frustrated now unsuccessful seller.
I am wondering when eBay will become less than amused at this advertising on its site in violation of its user's agreement to the extent that they choose to hand it to their attorney. I bet with little effort their attorney can envision a way to bend that indemnification clause in the user agreement such that they can bring a lawsuit and file a permanent injunction against the posters of such auctions all at the substantial expense of the former "seller" just to make the point they don't have to live with those so others don't try this.
And I still think waggle pooped. Waggle reminds me of Ross Perot's campaign for President on, then off, then on again. Even if 1 out of every 3 auctions were these wp promo's, I'd still have that opinion. In a few months, I believe this seller will still be frustrated, still be unsuccessful, and still have fees, only not nearly as many customers nor even lookers.
Instead they should build their own website, open their own online store, and advertise their site via major search engines.

Ebay circumvents what it wants to and when it wants to. Copyright violations all over ebay. Trademark infringements everywhere. Vero=0
They make money on this stuff daily. The shareholders are the bosses on the job at ebay.
I really see this site/ebay, becoming one frowned upon in the near future. JMO
It's hard to take this site seriously when so much is wrong about it despite the good there too. Oh well, just another site.
Answer
The fact that this auction is on ebay speaks volumes.
If they ran this auction at WP it would get lots of cheering, but no one would see it.
They chose to run it on ebay because deep down they know ebay is the only game in town, and its their only hope to have it be seen.
These ads are kind of pathetic in away, if there was anyplace to go, sellers would be voting with their feet. That might actually make an impact.
