Is there a standard time to wait before filing NPB?

Question
I can't seem to find this anywhere. Is there a standard/acceptable time to wait for filing NPB?
Thanks!!

Answer
It's up to you. No real time-frame.

Answer
Nothing in writing from eBay but I don't think they will let you start the process for the first 7 days. It may have changed, I'm not sure. I usually wait a minimum of 2 weeks before I file and only then if I have not received any response from the buyer. If I've gotten any kind of positive contact I will go longer depending on what the response was.

Answer
Well, poo! I wanted someone to say, yes, you email 3x, then call after 10 days and then file after 15.
Thanks!!!!
The above was for MGC.
LOP, thanks for your input--that's sorta what I thought, but wasn't sure.
I can't believe it, but when I was selling before, I never had a single NPB. Now, since I just started selling again, I've got my second. Grrrrr!

Answer
I think they just come in waves sometime. I never used to have them, then one month I got a bunch of them and they ALL had attitudes!

Answer
Must agree with gingertree
Seems the NPB's come in little waves
I usually give the buyer about 5 working days to either respond to the invoice or at least an email of some sort to let me know if they still want the item
After 5 days, I invoice again with a nice reminder
After about 3 weeks I do it again and let it be known the product might be relisted elsewhere
4 weeks and I give up on them

Answer
Well, who'd a thunk it?!?!? The deadbeat just PayPal'd me after my final email saying that if I hadn't heard when/how I'd be paid by Monday, I'd file NPB.
Thanks to you all for your input!!

Answer
Well, I must be terrible. I used to wait the 10 days, 20 days, etc. to file, but not since eBay came out with their Dispute resolution. I love it.
After-all, the bidder has been sent an EOA email from me and eBay sends their EOA email. That's two emails. After an item has not been paid, on the 7th day, eBay places the auction in your Dispute Console. If I here nothing from them, the minute eBay places an unpaid item in my Dispute Console, I click on the "Eligible for Unpaid Item Reminder" link and that usually gets the bidder hopping; sometimes hopping angry, but hey, they knew they bid and won.
