I just read this in the ebay forum. Notice that Paldemon doesn't deny it happened.
PASSWORDS being displayed on invoices!!!

Be careful using PayPal. A friend of mine just used PayPal and received her item with invoice. The invoice included all her personal information including her password! She contacted the seller and the seller looked at other invoices and the passwords were all on there. So both reported this problem to PayPal but have not received a final response. I also work the Post office and noticed a few packages with the invoices as labels and what do you know, the personal information, including passwords were right on top for anyone to see. So I advise all sellers and buyers to beware!

Now something that happened the other night makes more sense.
I recieved an "Urgent Email " from ebay stating that my account had been suspended until validation was completed.
Yeah - I suspected the Fraud and forwarded it to spoof*ebay.com - but later found the address in the return path was correct - so I attempted to log in at Ebay and all was fine.
I logged in at Half and all was fine.
I went back to ebay and left a couple feedbacks just to be sure and all was fine.
But........
When I attempted to log in to Paypal - With the same password I have used for 2 Years ( Yeah I know - Youre supposed to change it every 2 weeks) - The system would not let me in and told me the password was invalid.
I freaked out -
Went through the password change - Logged in, and all was Fine.
The links in the Email to ReValidate my Account was now Invalid.
Ebay still has not replied other than the Automated Response.
Wonder what this little fiasco cost somebody ??

PS - I'll bet its really hard for Ebay to Contact anyone about anything that needs info. Of the last 10 Emails I have recieved "From Ebay" about Account info - All 10 have been fake. I'm afraid to respond to anything. So I just forward em all to Spoof*ebay and figure that if it was something valid that they would let me know in Reply.
