On August 18th I checked my e-mail and found this message:

150023966325 Suzuki : Hayabusa
have been ended early and all fees credited to your
account. Your auctions were ended for the following
reason:
* Account Suspension

I have never put anything up for sell on e-bay I have no idea what this is. The only thing I did the day before was to purchase an e-book on drop shipping, because I wanted to get started on that. And in the book it said that I should create a new account with e-bay to start this off, so I did I created another account and later registered my credit card information.(In my other account I had just registered and was only browsing, until I bought that e-book and a screen saver). I don't know what happenned. I got that in one of my e-mail accounts, the one I registered 2nd. I also got other e-mails saying that I abused ebay. Any comments will be appreciated.

Have you gone to your ebay account ONLINE to double check to be sure that email is there in your acct?
That email sounds like spam to me.

Did you click on a link in the ebook?
Or did you go directly to ebay from typing in the url and register the new acct there?
If you did the former, your credit card info may be compromised...

Yes, and it was true I had gotten suspended but there was no reference to the Suzuki : Hayabusa matter, but they did not give me a detailed explanation.

But then I got in contact with live help from ebay they gave me a link to get in contact with the department that deals with the suspensions and they told me to write in that the reason I got suspended was when I was entering my credit card information?, so I don't know what was the cause for my suspension really.

Are you sure it wasn't a spoofed site?
If I were you I'd go directly to a NEW ebay link like the one below
http://www.ebay.com
and log in from there to both accounts to see what's REALLY up...

I guess I am really suspended look at this:
