Ok, I'll play along and admit my ignorance of the situation. What have I missed here? AW is a rival to eBay? In what way? I thought they were more of a parasite.

I, too, am ignorant of the fine points of the situation, but my interpretation was that ebay as dumping ground for megacompany overstocks was not panning out.
Was there any bad news that I missed?
