Question
I usually print out my eBay invoice at the end of each month when eBay sends a notice they are ready. I have tried to print out the May invoice (mine always end with last day of the month) and it will only print out one page and it says 1of1. I have never had this problem before and yes I have "All" selected. It is usually about 20 pages and this one should be at least that many as May was a big month for us. I even tried telling it to print page 2 to 3 to see what would happen. Nothing printed. Since I'm not having any problems printing multiple pages of anything else I am assuming the fault is with the eBay document, not my computer, printer or software.
Anyone else having a problem printing out their May invoice? I don't have a clue what to do to get it printed out.
Answer
Would really appreciate someone trying the printout of a few pages and see if it works for more than one page for them. Preferabably someone that their billing ends on the last day of the month. Please and thank you.
Answer
My billing cycle ends the last day of the month-I thought everyone's did. Anyway, I wasn't able to print more than one page either, although I did try to print three. I'm using Firefox, did you try IE?
eBay's sure had glitches the last week.
Answer
Dumb question. Did you check your printer settings? Maybe download it to a text file then try again.

I don't even have Firefox. The main reason that I wanted someone else to try was to prove if it was eBay or if I needed to check a bunch of other stuff (but no idea what to check). THANK YOU so much for trying this for me.

Hi, yes, I checked all Printer settings multiple times before I posted, rebooted, etc. all the usual stuff. Nothing worked. Since I had no problem with anything else, just wanted to verify it was an eBay problem.
Their "download" loads the files as a delimited file. I'm not sure what it would look like if I did a copy/paste to a word document on the whole thing, if I can even do that much volume. Is that what you meant by downloading as a 'text' file or have I missed something?
Guess I'll check the eBay boards (I hate their threads) and maybe "ebay live" to see if they are working on a fix or even if their will be one.
Answer
I've done this with my Paypal account.....if you're at all knowledgeable about Excel or another spreadsheet, download the (comma) delimited file and open it in the spreadsheet. You'd have to format it, but you'd have the information.

Thanks, I got the information printed out and it looks OK, just not as pretty as the table-like format eBay has. I just did a "select all", copy and pasted it in a word document and then printed out. Since I just need it for tax record backup and will probably never look at it again that will probably do. It's just that the eBay format was so much easier to read. Do appreciate your suggestion however. Maybe they will have it fixed by next month.
