milk glass epernge

Question
I just found a white milk glass hobnail epernge. It's very pretty. It has no markings on it. It doesn't have Fenton stamped on it. Does anyone know if they're still making this item or can I assume that it has some age to it.

Answer
Fenton didn't start marking their pieces until (gosh I cannot remember, but think it was 1974). All unmarked Fenton is vintage. Is it a 2-piece, 5-piece footed, or a 4-piece miniature?
Got an image?
If it is the 5 piece Epergne set, Ware No. 3800-MI, then that set was introduced in 1954 and discontinued in 1955 and has a BV from $145 - 185. Now, mind you, my book is a 1999 book and who knows what Fenton has done in the past 6-7 years.

Answer
Fenton started marking their name in an oval along with decade of Mfg. in 1970. There have been other companies making hobnail as well, need to check size and shape of hobnails to determine if it's Fenton or not.

Answer
Sorry to be so long getting back here, It is a 4 piece miniature, also noticed that of the bottom tips is broken off one of the horns! I'll try and add a pic.
Can't remember how to post a pic. Anyhow, do you think it's worthwhile trying to list it on ebay when it's damaged? I usually stay away from anything even slightly damaged.
Thanks!
Pat
