Ok what have you done to prepare for free listing day?
I made heat up meals and snackers for the day
brought in an extra 5 gallon jug of water
two cases of coke
taken hard count of every stick of numbered inventory around here
cleaned out the photos and uploaded the old ones that were missing
sorted a bunch of inventory
prepped two hundred easy to photograph items
got a cr*pload sitting in pending waiting to launch
got an extra staff to come in to click all the store listings over to auciton, that is over 400 items http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif
still have 150 left to move to pending, should be finished that tomorrow evening.
have about 150 fresh good items already to go
what else should I be doing?

I am hoping to have around 600+ auctions to list with pretty much a click of the button. I currently have about 300.

I have been known to get clear up to 4 or 5 PER hour done if motivated....

Been using a bulkloader to build listings in.
Been taking more pics, doing descriptions and working in a notebook to help me track these items better.
Finally got a few better shelves and did quite a bit of organizing so I can group similiar items back to back.
Trying a few new ideas, and prices.
Having a few back up plans if the site gets busy. Last year, I had more auctions to get up but could not as the site got bogged down, and this dial up could not get through for me.
Trying to get regular sleep hours, and to keep myself more healthy this winter, as I struggle with this arthuritis.
Challenging myself for numbers to beat last years work.
