Question
Ok, everyone was right. Auctionsage support is awesome and Ebud is nonexistent!
Posted three questions on the Ebud help board two days ago...no answer.
And, at least 5 problems were reported such as relist not working, emails not going out, program crashing and losing data ( not little problems you see) and there were NO answers to those either.
So, I went back to AS and updated all info. Couldn't remember how to move an item into a folder manually so I posted a question under auctionsage tips and got the answer in less than 10 minutes. Also got a pleasant response that "there are lots of little things you can do and anytime you need to know just post the question here".
So, Auctionsage it is. It doesn't look as fancy as Ebud, but support is there and it will do what I need http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif
Thanks everyone for your input. And, here goes, You were all right! http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_redface.gif
Answer
lol !
I really liked auctionsage, much better than sold! when I was trying them all out. The only reason I went with sold! was so I could schedule auctions. Auctionsage didn't have that ability (and from checking their homepage recently it looks like they still don't). BUT other than that, i definitely would have gone with auctionsage.
I'm not using that scheduling feature much right now but not sure I'd be willing to give it up either. If I was on broadband I would have used sparedollar for everything, I really liked their site it was just too slow on dialup.

Answer
LindaJean, you won't regret it. No amount of bells and whistles can replace good customer service.
Answer
Mels, AS can schedule auctions. It costs 10 cents and it is scheduled directly through eBay so the 10 cents goes to them.
