New PayPal Spoof addressed to my REAL name

Question
Just a little heads up for everyone.
I received the email listed below and addressed to me using my real name. I knew it was a spoof, but it kind of threw me because of the name thing (& I haven't purchased anything using PayPal in months).
I am not sure how they were able to obtain my name but I wasn't going to click on any links below to find out! Today I received notification from PayPal advising me it was indeed a spoof.
They are getting sneakier and smarter out there!
Has this happened to anyone else??

Answer
Yes got 2 of them today with my real name in it. one thing though it is in image format so that you have to allow images in order to read it in outlook express. You can tell by hovering over that link in the email it will not be to paypal at all.
Funny they go to all the trouble but don't hide the url to the spoof link when it is hovered over.
