I have been on the phone twice today with Paypal and they advised it is just me, no other complaints of trouble. They blew it off as my computer, not accepting cookies ..... ARGH. It worked fine yesterday, and at 8:30 am this morning , but not much after that.

Well, I'd call 'em back and ask what the heck they're smoking, because it's been up and down all afternoon.
Not an isolated incident.
Not a computer problem.
Not a cookie configuration problem.
THEIR problem.

PayPal has acknowledged the problem. It's a "bug", don't you know.
