I had auctions ending and checked on them and under the "sold" there is nothing there. Zip.... Zero.... nothing sold. So I go on and do other things as I was out of town and I finally go and check my email a couple of days later after I get home and I had emails from 6 buyers who won auctions and wanted invoices.
I go back to ebay and still nothing sold. I checked and they are not listed in the "unsold" auctions either. There is no sign of them anywhere.
I got emails sent and explained to them what happened so everthing is fine now but how do I go about getting ahold of ebay about this? Is there an email address out there?

Did you check your account? Were you billed the final value fees for them? If so there should be valid links to the auctions on your statement.

I didn't think about the final value fees. They charged me for them and I can click on the auction there.

I do need to let ebay know so this doesn't happen again. Maybe the live help is where I need to go.

Ebay burped or something sometime just recently......they didn't lose anything of mine, BUT one set of items in SOLD was "broken" by ebay. (I had invoiced the bidder for both purchases together, as they requested).
The closer to the top listing, with the combined total was STILL where it should be with that annoying yellow banner that says "One or more of your items may not be accesiable at this time".
The other item was back where it started, about 6-7 items down on the list, as if they had never been combined at all
Bidder was invoiced correctly, just didn't show up correctly under my ebay.
Back at the end of Nov. it did the same thing, except one of the winning items just dissappeared from my ebay (same situation I had a bidder with multiple wins, one invoice), AND it dropped that $$ amount for what my ebay income was for Nov.
Wish they'd quit tweaking with stuff................
