Yesterday a buyer tried to send me a Paypal payment. It was canceled about two minutes later. I don't accept them and it says so in my descriptions and EOA invoices. Here's part of the email I got from Paypal (bolding mine).
"To claim all future payments, sign up for PayPal today! It's fast, free and secure."
Damn liars.

I don't even say that I don't take it. eBay really torqued me when they said, while banning personal accounts, that sellers who only used Personal Accounts were confusing the buyers. So I don't say anything about it.
I take great pride in confusing the buyers now.
