Bidville - better and easier

Question
Bidville (where I now have my auctions) has a better "turbo" type lister, and is user friendly for buyers. Customer Service there can't be beat. Sellers go the extra mile to please buyers, and with all the complaints I see about ebay, I see no reason to give them money when one can keep their money and sell at Bidville.
Looks like a win-win situation for me and anyone else who sells online.

Answer
BUT does it have buyers there buying your wares? would like to know that from someone who sells there. hillbilly????? U selling anything ??

Answer
People do make sales there, and I want to point out the excellent Alexa ratings it's been getting recently. There's a site called Propertyroom.com which has made the news several times, and is growing quite rapidly. I was impressed to see Bidville beating these numbers.
I will be listing there once our bulklister is complete. Don't expect to make many sales, but I like the thought of contributing my items and helping bring in traffic. You just never know. That's just me though, I don't go around telling others they have to leisurely post items, since many people live hectic lifestyles and NEVER see time to post on a site for the hell of it lol.
I can appreciate others' situations, but I consider it a site worth listing on. JMHO.

Answer
I will check it out sometime this week and may list a few things just for kicks. Can't sell if not listed.

Answer
I will PM you some other places to find information on them if you're interested. I don't want to look like a spammer or anything, just trying to help before you list .

Answer
I have sold more at Bidville than I sold at ebay for the last few months. Besides, I get to keep most of it. I don't need to sell much to make same amount of money that I made at ebay when selling a lot. PRIDE AND INTEGRITY will keep me away from ebay unless I have an item that might create price war. Otherwise, their amazing never ending greed took every last ounce of respect that I had for them.
Bidville has wonderful people and great customer service.

Answer
I was checking out bidville last night. I am also interested in listing somewhere different. Seems like there is not much listed though. Hillbilly, if you don't mind me asking, what products do you sell? Do you have a link to your auctions? Thanks.

Answer
At powersellersunite.com, the auction listing count claims that Bidville has 900 000 items listed, which is quite impressive. Ofcourse, that number is down from over 1 million listed, but I believe Bidville is cleaning up some of the old, repetitive listings and abandoned items to try and make a new beginning.

Answer
Tina - link to my auctions.........check others also. Lots of good sellers and good stuff there. Remember that almost all listings have a take-it-now and almost always only slightly higher than first bid, which means they disappear with the first bid and you will not see them. Some people think when they do not see bids that it means no one is bidding, but it because everyone uses the take-it-now. http://www.bidville.com/myads.asp?id=hitlister

Answer
Thank you hillbilly. I hadn't seen your auctions. You have some nice things. I sell antiques (mostly textiles/quilts) and was really only looking at those categories. Is it easy to list? Are there any 3rd parties who list with bidville? Like I use vendio for Ebay. Thanks for the help.
