Stock Up Email From eBay

Question
I haven't been cruising the forums as much as I should so please pardon if this is old news . . .
This is the first time I'd received one of these "Stock Up" emails.
Personally, I think it could be pretty effective. DH doesn't need any more cologne at the moment but getting reminders for printer cartridges and stuff like that could very well get me looking and buying.

Answer
I haven't received one of these yet..., I'm sure it's only a matter of time though.

Answer
The other thing I'm noticing is the check list on that and wondering if it's tailored for me and past purchases or if they know where I've shown interest and/or done searches.
Makeup: If the cologne falls in that category, in the past year I have purchased.
Women's Intimates: Purchased sleepwear
Razor's and Blades: Yep. Purchased an electric razor last month.
Ink cartridges: Purchased through eBay many times.
Crafts: Offhand I don't remember but this is a likely area for me.
Baby Gear and Diapers: This one is the one that's throwing me.
Pet supplies: Yep. Been there, done that.
Gardening suppies: I've tooled around in the gardening area but don't recall a purchase.
Kitchenware: Absolutely
Hand tools: Ditto
Makes me go hmmmmmmm . . .
I'd be interested if others' Stock-Up checklists are identical to mine or entirely different.

Answer
Wow, nothing is private anymore. Records are kept of what a person even purchases on eBay - SCARY!

Answer
Very Scarey, would this be considered spam? It's probably buried somewhere in the agreement with eBay, but I'd think you'd have to sign up for this sort of advertising.
