Someone on another board said today's 10 cents promo was just for Fixed Price, but that isn't true is it? Please say it's for auction listings as well - please............
Answer
Yes, it's for auction listings too
Answer
"it isn't so, please............. "
The Ebay SYI form was charging 10 cents on standard auction listings.

G'day Gabs,
I listed 16 stereoviews to finish during the rest of the run that were already running for 10 days, so that the whole run will finish during the same morning. I did similar last year. Dime day is better than FREE listing day, because people do discriminate a little when they have to pay something.
Besides as I said in another post, I am about past caring about Ebay. I do have a lot of stock (and cost) at the moment. I am yet to decide whether I continue after I get most of it listed (it will probably depend on whether I can resist buying more stock).
Unlike the old days, the listings from within Australia only rose by about ten percent on Dime Day. Half of that is probably natural attrition after Christmas. Ebay is no longer the international market place it once was. The major proportion of my sales are now within the same country overall, although not with certain "types" of stock.

Whew! Mine were all auction formats. Just about every night I get an eBay Announcements email but didn't get one about the $.10 day. I wonder if they were trying to keep the numbers down of people taking part in the promotion?

Me too. I wasn't going to list anything, but then I threw up 10 items from my Ebay store with BINS. I had time to do more, but I really don't have the heart for Ebay auctions anymore. My results in the last Ebay promotion were really disappointing so I don't know why I decided to even do the 10.
I sell out of two online malls and my own website in addition to the Ebay store. I don't NEED Ebay anymore.
