Other auction sites?

Question
What other auction sites are there that are still in business? I know wagglepop is gone, of course. sellyouritem is gone. Some others that I've used in that past but don't recall the name of is gone too. I use yahoo and ioffer and here, of course. overstock and bidville had no buyers. Anything I'm missing?

Answer
There are a ton at PSU listed, and tons of discussion. Blujay and eCrater have proved profitable for some. Biddersnsellers.com is a growing site that I like, but I haven't listed there in a while (not going to bother until I get bulk lister file set up). Items get tons of views and the traffics good. I've been meaning to try eCrater and Blujay, and see how they are. Decent traffic and some sellers have actually made smooth transitions from eBay to those sites.
I honestly would reccomend Powersellersunite.com. Not to spam, but there are SO many options for different sellers listed over there, many of which have some decent traffic. The beauty is you can talk to site owners, and critique them on the spot as much as you want and see what they have to say.
iOffer, Yahoo, Overstock and Bidville are the biggest alternatives, but there are other growing ones that could contend, and depending on your INVIDIVIDUAL experience, might be perfect for you right now. Oh, another site that caught my eye was eBid.
Good luck!
PS: have you tried Amazon?

Answer
I looked into amazon, but I don't see where there's many buyers in the auction categories and you have to pay $40/month to list. I've sold a couple of books on amazon though.

Answer
anyone tried Pricegrabber ? looks rather interesting and the price is right
They just got sold for $485 Million so they must be doing something right.

Answer
I have been looking into that Buckeye. They've been advertising here as well as at powersellersunite.com with their "store fronts" thing which appears to be marketed for eBay stores from what I gathered.
Would you post your own site there or perhaps a store from another auction/marketplace site for the sake of staying away from eBay? Or am I way off on this concept?

Answer
I do not have a site there - not sure if I would take the time to put a storefront there.
I had the article about them being puchased emailed to me and thought maybe someone here could let us know of their experience with them.
First time I ever been to their site was tonight

Answer
Well, here's what I've picked up. Free to list. If you host your own images those are free too. FVF are $1 + 4.75% of final value. Not sure whether they charge fees on shipping or how that works, but still looking into it. I'm VERY impressed right now!
