Hi
I have a new buyer. Just registered in November.
She has made two purchases. One of them mine.
She has marked the auction she bought from me as payment sent.
I waited. Figured it must be a money order.
After awhile I get an email, did I mail her package? She paid through paypal etc.
I did a paypal search using her name, her ebay id, looked for the amount
sent etc. There is nothing.
I am worried somehow I missed it.
The auction doesn't state buyer paid with paypal but it does say buyer has marked payment as sent.
I have suggested twice she check her paypal history to verify payment and to where it was sent.
I feel a negative coming.

Apparently, there's a Paypal bug that's causing some payments to not show up in history. From what I've read, Paypal knows about it and is working on it.
I'd see what she says about her payment. If she did in fact pay, maybe she could send you a copy of her email from Paypal.

ask her to cancel and repay , send her the email address
I just went thru this with a item I bought paid for and never received and thats how we resolved it .

Ask her what email address she paid the $ to. It is usually a typo on their end.
