That's what it says when I try to make a shipping label on PayPal. Sure hope it's fixed by later today.

Paypal has been squirrely for 2 weeks and counting.
I finally signed up with Endicia last week. I don't like it thus far but at least I was able to get postage printed online.
And no, I do my best not to use click n ship any more. Too many times my labels get messed up due to losing my connection or some such. File for refunds and usually get about 10% of the money back. Too much hassle for me.
