Question
I sold 2 items out of my eBay Store (to the same person) and there is no record of the sale on the page. And, I can't send an invoice through the My eBay page. Am I not doing something right or is something malfunctioning?

I did a quick look on the different boards and haven't seen mention of that particular problem. There have been so many intermittent glitches it's hard to know anymore.

I finally got the matter resolved. PS Support told me to "end my listing" and that would make it show as "sold" in my ebay and let me send an invoice. It worked. Guess they had problems with store sales on 12-4, 12-5 and 12-6..may possibly be ongoing...any of you with stores might want to check on this.

apparently is a system glitch and the engineers will get to it "as their schedule allows" - yes that is a quote.

I have had problems with being able to invoice on auctions and BIN listings too.
I am so glad that eBay is ready to dive in and get this fixed quickly! Gotta' love it!
