Question
Hi.
Mine where horrible. I listed 333 things and sold 13. The good news is I only had to get the final value fee back on one. So how about you?

Answer
I listed 120, sold 3. Didn't see how I could lose 12 bucks. I didn't...I only lost $5. Right now I'm working my a$$ off to list a bunch more so I can lose even more! NOT!!
Answer
I don't know what my sell through was but I had several items sell and I know I covered all of my listing fees. Since the 10 cent listing day things have gone downhill really quickly!!!

Answer
Listed 55 - Sold 8.
Answer
I ignore those promotions.....
They never fall on my regular day to list!
Answer
didn't list many but sold 98% of what I did sell.
of course on my regular selling alias, sales are running aobut 35% and this time of year they should be at 75%....what gives with that?
however, I am selling stuff out of that store at a comfortable rate, and if I count that in, it looks good.
So....what I am doing now, I stuff more in the store at twice the starting price and only list a few to auction.

Sorry you didn't have such a good sell-thru rate. I managed to have a 95% success rate by carefully checking that my competitors were not selling the same items over the same time frame. Picked up a few new customers from eBay that purchased similar items direct via our website, so that was a bonus.
There's another 10p listing day in the UK tomorrow and 10c in Ireland then also - ideal for Euro sales, so I expect there will be another US 10c one soon.

Our sales have been very strange on eBay. The 10 cent listing went alright, nothing spectacular though. Then the next week, 10 sales. It's strange like that. We have a good week, then a bad week. 10 sales for us is a huge thing and usually equals $700+ so you can see what I mean.
I can't gauge eBay for the life of me lol.
Oh, Agitpop, they had another 10c listing in Canada this Monday that I missed being on vacation . They're just loading up the sites for the holidays, but what's funny is that as soon as the 10 cent items end, the numbers go down drastically. This means, to me, that sellers are just going back to cash in, experiencing relatively little sales and don't feel its worth their time to continue listing. The listing discounts aren't giving sellers a real break, just bringing back some that can't afford eBay for an occasional splurge. eBay sitll can't prove itself to many though. We've been lucky... so far.
Answer
MGC....I only listed aobut 40 items and sold 38
for a total of just over $3,000.00
saved about 75.00 in fees, which is always a bonus.
40 items is dick all for me on a promo, I would normally do a few hundred, so I have definitely lost momentum...
I am gearing up for free listing day but I predict that between all alias' I won't list 300 items. ....maybe 500 at the mostest.
I have too much else happening locally that needs my attention to get too serious before January.
I hate these 10 cent promos, give me free if you want my big numbers.....I always make the big money on the relistings on the free promos.
