One of my ebay buddies got an email stating it was 10 cent listing day for canadian based sellers, any one else heard?
I asked if it was last weeks email and they just got it?

I'm surprised that the promo is for Canadian residents only - does that include US draft dodgers from the lower 49?
There should be another US and UK discounted listing day before month's end as eBay listings are down...
