Hello all. I'm new to this corner of the world. So please guide me to where i need to be. We live in a rural area and want to start an ebay consignment/drop off business. But to cover our backsides thought we should have some kind of agreement in writing but don't know what to start with. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Also if anyone has ever had any experience with this could you give any advise? Would greatly appreciate it.

I don't have any experience to share but there is a consignment selling forum here and there is also the trading assistants forum on ebay.

You might try to look at how Auction Drop: http://www.auctiondrop.com/ does it. They been around a few years so they may be able to give you more info by calling their 800 number.
