Question
Interesting - Went back a couple of months and looked at my Ebay invoices there wasn't one single credit back from items that did not sell the 1st time but did the second time.
Was there an annoucnement that I missed along the way? Just wondering out loud.
Answer
There's talk of this elsewhere as well. From what I've been able to gather on the subject many people are not getting the credits. I haven't seen anyone say they are getting them.
Dunno. I don't use it much so I haven't really done any checking.
Answer
Have you been increasing the price when you relist? If you relist with the price higher than it was the first time, you don't get the relisting credit.
I hope that's all it is, but if you change your listing now I know it suddenly shows as ineligible for relisting credit.

So if you change anything, you're inegible for a listing fee credit?
Answer
I checked October's invoice and had $18.74 in credits on it.

This is what was told to me by an ebay pink, although I have been able to change from fixed price to auction format and get it. But if your item had been 9.95 the first time, for example, and you up it to 9.96 when you relist, it becomes ineligible.
I have most of my stuff in my ebay store, so it's mostly a moot point with me now.

No, if you just change the price to a higher amount. Otherwise, you should get it. For example, if it was an auction that started at $5.00 and you did a "relist" for $5.01 it would not be eligible. You can go lower and it will be eligible, or change the format, or add or delete features (gallery, bin, etc.).
Answer
nope same item same price did change listing days from 7 to 3
Answer
Also-don't look on your "invoice" you have to look on your "account status"
At least that's what Live NoHelp told me when I was looking for a credit that should have been there-it's not on your invoice, it's on your account status. Stupid, isn't it?
Answer
I know this is a silly question but you did do it through the "relist" link and didn't just resubmit the item by any chance did you? Also, has to be a 1st time "relist". Also, on the invoice it's at the top under credits.
