When I first started I used to print off the auction page.
No longer do I do this.
I use a index card and track my winning auctions this way.
If a person wins 5 auctions for example each one is listed on the same card. I put the zipcode in the upper right corner, and usually pull by that number when the payment comes in. I double check the auction number and last name and make sure I have the correct index card with payment. If I have a paypal payment, then I just get the index card card, make a note, it was a PP and note the date rec, and date shipped. After I get done at the Post Office, all these cards, and paperwork go in a box, and I eventually log into a notebook, and then file the loose paperwork for a few months, to make sure I have a paper trail if something goes wrong with a shipment. toyhunter, I think I've posted before that your system & mine are virtually identical. I used to print all kinds of stuff and went to note cards about two years ago. I'm extremely happy this way and save on ink & paper! http://community.here.com/infopop/em...icon_smile.gif

Depending on your printer, etc, sometimes you can highlight only the portion of the email that you want to print, then right click and select print. Or sometimes your printer dialogue will ask if you only want to print what is selected.
If the offending junk is at the very end of the message then you might be able to make this work...
