Question
I was just looking at my selling manager, and noticed it had a new look. I was scanning through and saw this under Ended Listings "Eligible for Relist Fee credit". I was wondering what that meant. What makes an item qualify for this? Fee credit sounds good, but I think I'm misinterpreting.

The relist credit has always available since I started selling on eBay in 1998. You can read about it here:

If your item doesn't sell the second time round, be sure to list it as a new listing rather than relist when you list it the third time so that you'll be eligible for the relist credit should you have to relist it again (4th time).
