Question
Is anyone else having this issue?
I can not use the drop down menus in my ebay to
mark items shipped, paid, print label etc. I click on them and nothing happens.
Also the drop down menu for "action" doesn't work. I can select a different date but it doesn't go to that date.
I don't seem to have a problem in any other areas,
just my ebay.

That happens to me sometimes if I'm using Firefox, but never with Internet Explorer.
Answer
do you have scrip disabled?
Answer
I haven't changed any settings. It has always worked before.
I haven't checked it for a while.
I'm hoping its just a temp glitch.

A while back I had problems with the eBay pages in Firefox. I talked with Live Help. I was told that eBay supports IE. I then asked them if they would at least report that Firefox doesn't work to the developers in login. Within hours it started working again. Apparently the idea of loosing hundreds of thousands or millions of users wasn't a savory idea.
Answer
The problem is not FireFox - it's eBay that's the problem for all the bloatware they use. Often the problem is the numerous javascripts called from the MyeBay page don't load the first time. Fortunately, easy to solve:
First you need to verify your browser has javascript enabled.
You need to do a reload (not refresh) of the page to force the javascripts to load so you can access the pull down elements (also known as DHTML). This works with both MSIE and FireFox.

LOL * the new word I just learned... "bloatware".
Thanks agitprop! (and I do agree, BTW)
Also I should add that I'm having the same difficulties this morning.
And... par for the course would be no eBay announcement.
Cheers
