New scam email from paypal-new one for me lol!!!

Question
this would be funny if it were actually from paypal-look at the bolded part and tell me what company in it's right mind would admit to making an illegal charge

It certainly is not well written. There are so many grammatical and syntax errors in it that is clear it is a spoof. It would also be quite simple to log into ones account to see if anything they said was true.
Still, I bet there are people out there who could be tricked into using the e-mail link to give away their PW and user information.
On another note, I have not received ANY spoofs since I stopped using IE in January and began using Safari and .mac mail. Coincidence?

I read recently that phishing (spoof emails) is on the decline and pharming (fake websites that look like the real ones) is increasing. Also keystroke logging and other nasty stuff. I'm afraid even to log into PayPal.
