Has anyone still been getting the extra Pay Pal Withdrawals and reversals ?
Feels like my account has been at the same balance while I have been getting alot of payments from buyers.
Called PayPal and they keep saying that it's from an ATM withdrawal that is expired...
Not sure if I can trust them this much.

Last week, they posted debit cards transactions as "expired" and
added money to your account. This morning they are posting duplicate
debit card transactions and taking money out of your account!
I called and they said they are "aware of the problem." No definite
time to expect the problem to be fixed. However, he said "hopefully
by this afternoon."

I took $200.00 out with my debit card at an ATM last week. A few days later Paypal put the money back into my account and reversed the ATM withdrawal (even though I had the actual cash in my pocket). I figure eventually Paypal will take the money out again so I'm just leaving $200.00 in there until they straighten it out.
I'm pretty sick of this crap, though...

Yes, I downloaded the history and actually count from sept 1 to present to check, apparently they have debited $800 too much from me on Sept 4th and 7th.
Called the supervisor at the debit card dept and this is what he said:"These charges are to cover the extra credits from the expired ATM withdrawal which you received". I asked from which date and they can't find it.
So I guess i'm out $800 and I'm not going to be a good boy and just sit while they jack off my money.

So far we're $200.00 ahead, but it's just a matter of time until they straighten it out, I suppose. I know I'm not waiting on hold for an hour to tell them they gave me money in error. They're going to have to work it out without my intervention.
You can be darn sure I won't be using that card to make any more ATM withdrawals and you can be further assured I'll be keeping a close eye on our account.

PS: they say they only have problems with ATM withdrawals. That's not true.
Purchases that I signed also have problems. I got money credited to me after I used the DC in some restaurants.
So careful.
